The Sydney Royal Easter Show

Woohoo! Just finished one exam few hours ago and that was Accounting 1A. The basic of the basics of accounting in uni. Even then it wasn't thaaat easy to me. I dunno, evbd was complaining about it when we came out of the racecourse. Yea we take our exams in the racecourse..:)

So with plenty of time, great internet connection (dunno how long this will last tho') and two more days to spare for the QMA and Micro exams this fri ,which btw I haven't touched.. it just looks like a chance for me to blog. Excuse the shortness of this post. Just decided to caption the pics cuz' I'm gonna head out to grab some food later..so ENJOY..

Basically yea, this is the 10th year that the Easter Show was held at the Sydney Olympic Park. Cool stuff eh ?

YiHong, Mark, Zolia, KXian and I took a bus to Central and off we went..
The ticket for entrance was 25.50 AUD wei.
And that summore cuz' I'm entitled to concession fees..

Being here, where the Sydney 2000 Olympics were held, makes you feel sooo small..

All the world's greatest athletes were here, stepped on the same ground as u did, just 7 years ago :)

It was something like a fun-fair kinda thing, plenty of food stalls like selling fairy floss and all..

A lot of toys(the huge ones) up for grabs..

All the toys that were being offered..But the games some of them were really tough..

Sth like the dodgem cars..but like boats and all..

Sigh..

try to catch a duck and win somathose' big plushies but its impossible

I think the sheep were quite nice to touch.. But I didn't tho'..

Woohoo! I've never seen a real pig before eva.

Different coloured pigs..Lazy bums la this fellas. All day sleep nee.

So after watching the animals and all.., they have cooking classes, recipes etc on the best ways to cook ur meat. EHEH.

I've never even seen real cows before. They're huge.
Know what, I might actually have seen em' before at Zoo Negara or sth..

Hehe, huge cow testicles :P

This would be the Giant Slide in which u sit right up there and race down. Chiehhh, not that fun also :P

Go on rides like Hard Rock Could be more fun tho'...

They fling u up and down like that, but this wasn't really fun either. We took a more funner one but I didn't get a pic of that..

yea its pretty nice round here at nite, only I didn't manage to get thaaat great shots of the area

somehow at night my wonderful DX-01 Leica lens is not that suited for night shots..

Or maybe im just the lousy photographer laa :(

I got this tho'..Quite hard to capture at night but I like the effects of the stadium lights. Packed and crowded like nobody's business weiii

They had a lotta stunts like motorbikes and all. Extreme Korruption.

From where we were sitting I couldn't get a good shot of the fireworks as well. That's the best I could do..:(

Eheh, after the show was over, it was empty.. heh, that was a better time to capture the magnificence of the stadium I felt..
